21st Century Forge

We can custom design and build anything you have a desire for. That lamp or chandelier you have always imagined lighting a room or a coffeetable that is missing from your decore. Special designs are what we do best. Take a photo or an image of that special person, animal or place and we can create something special. Have you seen something interesting that you want built or have a special need that you thought could not be met, lets sit down and we can be creative and make it a reality. All designs will be the sole property of 21st Century Forge and can be replacated, reproduced or modified at the owners discretion.

When committing to an order, each order is a special order and requires a contract unless otherwise stated at the owners discretion. A 50% deposit (that is non-refundable after the work has started) is required prior to any work starting. Modifications or changes to contracts can be done with a change order requiring a signature from the owner of 21st Century Forge and the client. The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to shipping of your order. No order will be shipped until 100% of the invioce is paid in full! Drawings of the final design can be aquired for an upfront $50.00 fee that will be credited back at the time the purchase is paid in full.

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your item ordered and where it is shipped. All shipped items will require an insurance policy to cover any damages or loss. Small orders can be shipped via USPS, UPS or FED-EX. All large orders will use a special carrier to be determined at the time of the purchase. All materials and handling for shipping purposes will be included in the overall price agreed upon between 21st Century Forge and the client prior to commencing work.

Any item requiring modifications to the property where the item is to be installed, such as electrical or structural modifications, will be the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated in the contract. All electrical componants are UL approved products.

If you see an item in a gallery that you like, ask about it and it might be available. If not it can be built for you with your own creative ideas added.
